Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail Tracked Services for delivery. Orders over £40 are a 'signed for' service. Orders are dispatched on the next working day.  Delivery is free for orders over £15, otherwise £3.95.

Refunds / Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with something that you have bought from Teme Valley Toys, you can return the item within 30 days. You can then get a refund as long as the returned item is returned (unopened) and in the same condition when received. If an item has been opened, we cannot offer a refund. Teme Valley Toys cannot pay for return delivery.
